Trademark Paralegal

Position Type: Full Time

An internationally recognized full-service law firm seeks a trademark paralegal for its San Francisco office. The firm offers a highly competitive compensation package, as well as the opportunity to work with highly respected trademark prosecution attorneys. This is not an entry level position, so previous law firm experience and a significant background in trademark law are necessary for consideration.

Requirements
Key responsibilities include conducting USPTO searches, filing trademark documents, and portfolio management. This position involves a significant amount of client contact, and the paralegal will be responsible for counseling clients on their trademark needs. Therefore, good communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
