Agile Process Consultant/PM

Innovation! Collaboration! Our company is in a search for an Agile Process Consultant/PM to play a critical role in the strategic direction of SolutionsIQ.





Required Skills & Qualifications:


Master of several software development methodologies, designing and deploying methodologies in many types of organizations.

Experience as a working Scrum Master.

Complete mastery of the software development lifecycle and processes and tools supporting agile methodologies.

Skills as coach and consultant to development organizations.

Skills with organizational change management.

Certified Scrum Master Trainer, Certified Scrum Master Practicing, extensive consulting experience, experience developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner is a plus.

PMI Cert, RUP or XP experience is a bonus.

Must be comfortable and articulate in challenging change management scenarios.

Must be extraordinarily articulate and persuasive and comfortable interacting with all levels of customers from line developer to C/VP level.
