Job Description
The Business Analyst will interact extensively with the client, building and maintaining the client relationship as well as analyzing and identifying business opportunities. Analyst responsibilities will also span all aspects of the product life-cycle. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in an energetic, fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities
The analyst will work within small teams to see new products and enhancements throughout the development process, including:



Interacting directly with our Investment Banking clients to gather requirements and understand business needs

Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Working with developers to clarify/refine/elaborate requirements as the technical implementation progresses

Working with QA department to ensure the delivery of quality software

Building and Deploying mission critical systems


Job Qualifications


1-3 years business experience

Experience working directly with clients

Understanding of web application design/development and database platforms

Knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of capital markets and financial industry

Excellent communication and team building skills
