Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Position Type: Consulting

This position involves the following:

Existing projects: Assist in the day-to-day financial analysis and projections required on current investments including the updating and analysis of existing business plans and capital structure modifications.

Deal Review: Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities consistent with venture-specific and general investment criteria. Primarily includes retail and mixed use -- both existing and to-be-developed. Other property types may also be pursued. May involve communication with real estate brokers and owners' representatives.

Projections: Assemble and modify cash flow projection models with respect to an investment, utilizing primarily Excel. Utilize judgment and develop and form opinions on various underwriting assumptions and appropriate pricing and return parameters.

Requirements
3+ years experience in commercial real estate analysis. Excellent financial/quantitative skills and fluency in Excel is required.
Argus knowledge is a plus.
Undergraduate degree in applicable field is required.
