Consultant - Functional Infinium GL/AP/Fixed Assets

Position Type: Consulting

Start-up company with 8 newly-formed legal reporting entities in May 2006 requires the following: 1. design and set-up of chart of accounts and GL for each of 7 legal reporting entities within Infinium GL (standard chart of accounts is in place already but needs to be tailored for each entity for internal management and external reporting purposes). 2. Assist the client with three month retroactive GL journal entry recording of initial start-up costs and all other accounting activity as well as development of daily/weekly/monthly reoccurring GL journal entries for May through July within Infinium GL. 3. Retroactive month by month close and reporting for each entity by month. 4. Train existing full-time accounting staff which consists of a VP of Finance, Controller and Sr GL Accountant on these procedures and Infinium GL . Previous Controllership level experience is desired.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
At least 1 resource needed with prior Infinium GL,AP, or Fixed Assets expertise. Prior Controller / Accounting manager experience desired. Functional Infinium required
