Job Summary

The District Service General Manager is a senior level field management position supporting multiple locations with full profit and loss responsibility. This position is responsible for 200-600 associates providing customer satisfaction for 200 - 300K customers per year. Directing and developing the district management team to drive the growth of revenue, fulfillment cost reduction and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

· District P & L accountability in meeting or exceeding financial goals.
· Ensure staffing levels for technical, sales, clerical and supervisory workforce are adequate to meet and exceed customer expectations.
· Maintain a high level of productivity and state of service.
· Provide training and manage performance development for both salaried and timecard associates.
· Drive revenue growth in all branches by adhering to merchandising plans.
· Frequent travel throughout the district.
· High level of customer service within the district
· Associate morale within the district.
· Maintain a diverse workforce and ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all associates.
· Adhere to the Sears code of conduct and company policies.
· Manage company assets (facilities, trucks, parts inventory, SST's, tools, equipment, etc.).
· Ensure adherence to applicable safety/environmental rules in order to provide a safe business for customers and employees.
· Responsible for expense control.
