Job Summary

Lands' End, a leading international brand of classically inspired clothing and home products, is currently looking for a Fit Specialist in Footwear. Lands' End is a multi-channel retailer offering products through specialty catalogs, the Internet, and retail stores. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

As a Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for creating pattern blocks, maintaining standard grading rules and oversee the accuracy of approval for the technical design team. You will direct and own fit sessions along with developing and defining the technical consistency of minimum attributes. You will also play a key role in the collaboration with Merchandising, Design and Inventory Management as it is related to fit.

Successful candidates will have 7-10 years of fit and pattern making experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:

· Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Construction and Textiles or equivalent industry experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of Principles of Fit, Pattern Making, Grading, Garment construction and Textiles
· Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
