Implementation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION This role is located in the Phoenix AZ office of the Southwest Market Group. This role will report to US Advisor Group Corporate P2 organization and will take significant day to day work direction from the P2 Field Vice President.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the implementation, execution, and training strategy of key Financial Planning, High Value Client Acquisition and Experienced Advisor Recruiting initiatives in the market group ensuring that advisors and field leaders integrate program components quickly and effectively. Partner with corporate departments and field leaders to clearly understand all components of each initiative and required resources needed to ensure flawless execution on the initiative. Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with corporate office partners, field leaders, P2 advisors, and staff to review deliverables, as well as to hold them accountable for implementation and results. Lead the implementation follow-up process to monitor progress and implement course corrections to ensure traction on both new and "run the business" High Value Client Acquisition and Experienced Advisor Recruiting projects and programs. Compile, analyze and report on implementation status and results for GVP, site leaders, and corporate partners.

-Strong track record in project management, driving results, and leveraging data to drive decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritizes effectively.

- Outstanding relationship management, negotiating, and collaborating skills in dealing with all levels and through various communication mechanisms.

-Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.

- Ability to work independently with high initiative while also comfortable working with a team to drive results.

- Familiarity/knowledge of Ameriprise Financial field organization and advisor job, including business drivers, policies, and processes.

- Financial services experience including financial planning or financial services sales background.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience implementing initiatives within the Ameriprise Financial field organization.

- Proven ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.

-Ideal candidate would have previous experience in the implementation of client acquisition and/or advisor recruiting programs.

- Series 7 registration.
