Responsibilities

* Work with subject matter experts (primarily Marketing) to develop sales training modules designed to support the complete portfolio of diagnostic imaging products & segments. * Be familiar with design, concepts, techniques & processes that support effective adult learning using all environments: Print, CD, web-based, classroom, etc.* Develop & drive key messages & strategies that supports the sales organization: Competitive advantages, & value propositions, Miller Heiman, etc.* Manage & define standards that support vendors to produce training materials. These include but are not limited graphic artists, instructional design, document production, etc.* Design & track student assessments. Support performance-based management initiatives for career growth.* Position oneself as "go to" person for all training messages & communications.~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of adult training experience, including budget development & management * Demonstrated written & verbal communications skills * Ability to organize, prioritize, & execute multiple projects* Demonstrated proactive approach to learning & development & organizational communications * Independent, yet team player; ability to work well in matrix organization* Bachelors Degree* Willing to take drug screen and background check Desired

* Agency experience a plus * Experience in medical/healthcare systems industry * Bachelors in Education or Business/Marketing* Masters degree a plus* Previous sales experience General

Instructional Design Manager is a position responsible for developing & executing sales training programs that support diagnostic imaging modalities & segments. Deliverables begin with the definition of learning objectives, product positioning key sales messages & strategies along with basic sales support tools. This position will create & implement high quality & high impact learning & development programs within the allocated Training budget. This position must also work in close partnership with Upstream & Downstream Marketing Managers to develop & execute a comprehensive training program plan to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
