QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Position Summary:

Education/License/Certification:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics,
Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or other related field,
Masters degree preferred.
Qualifications:
Typically three or more years of related analytical and/or consulting
experience required, Demonstrated ability to identify issues and propose
methodological solutions. synthesizes analyses well, highlights implications
of findings. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret
quantitative/qualitative analysis. Possesses technical expertise in some
areas. Must demonstrate effective communication, consulting, interpersonal,
and presentation. Proficient with PC applications including spreadsheet,
word processing, and graphics packages. Must be able to work in a
Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience.
Duties:

This is an exempt full time temporary position which includes medical/dental, life insurance and
other benefits as specified by the employer. Although the anticipated end date of the National
project is March 31, 2007, business conditions and/or the nature of the work assignments may extend
the date through December 31, 2007. Employment with NCAL KP-HealthConnect will be "at will."
