A: Understandable assumption, but the answer is NO. Our firm is neither a headhunting nor recruiting agency, but a sales development consultancy that forges long-term partnerships with companies who have outstanding products or services but need assistance with their national sales strategy.

Q: So who ARE these companies, exactly?
A: We are currently working with FOUR hot, young companies in the following arenas: 1) Electronic Health Records, 2) Small-Business VoIP, 3) Medium-Sized Business IP Telephony and 4) Helping Businesses Reduce the Cost of Doing Business.

A: I will, very soon. But my specific role is to SOURCE and EDUCATE for these companies -- to save them the "front end" time involved in delivering information to candidates. As soon as we have chatted with you personally, all the specific information you want on each company shall be provided.

Q: Okay, so what are the positions?
A: While the companies and industries differ widely, the basic nature of the positions they're looking to fill are the same: entrepreneurial leaders with the experience and ability to LAUNCH and exclusively MANAGE new sales territories. This means you'll be responsible at top-level for developing the growth of a region.

Q: What are the qualifications?
A: A minimum of 6-10 years in building and managing outside sales forces (10-25 reps), or comparable entrepreneurial experience. Experience in the specific industry. Proven success in team leadership. Aggression. Tenacity. Fearlessness. Serious money motivation. All positions have truly realistic earning potential of at least 100K and up to 450K.

Q: What's the compensation structure?
A: A highly generous, commission-and-override structure that rewards performance and affords leaders to be the highest earners on the totem pole (as opposed to reps). Again, all details on compensation shall be provided when we speak personally with you.
