Maintenance Manager - Sidel Guru Needed for a High Output PET Processing Plant!

*Will relocate the right candidate to Phoenix area, AZ

If you are an expert with Sidel Injection Blow-Molding Machinery and have 2+ years of experience supervising the maintenance budget for a high output PET facility, Please Apply!

What you will be doing:

* Ensure that equipment is properly maintained to meet production schedules and quality standards
* Analyze maintenance problems and devise and implement a plan of action
* Develop and maintain parts inventory system to ensure control and proper levels of spare parts
* Assume a leadership role with maintenance department, ensuring that employees get proper training, guidance and feedback
* Evaluate employees? performance to determine training needs and development opportunities
* Responsible for managing the maintenance budget
* Direct projects in plant through use of project management system

What you will need:

* 2+ years as a Maintenance Manager with experience in: PET Processing, Sidel-specific blow molding machines
* Experience in preventive maintenance programs and budget management
* Knowledge of maintenance prevention software
* BA / BS degree - highly desirable!
