Job Summary
The Merchandise Presentation Sales Lead is responsible for ensuring replenishment of product and guest service. Responsible for the presentation of goods in multiple assigned areas. Gives direction to the Merchandise Presentation Sales Associates. Responsible for keeping areas looking full, fresh and attractive and training selling associates on in stock standards. Additionally supervises the timely transition of product according to the Monthly Action Plan (MAP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses RIM to maximize inventory position and ensures inventory integrity
- Direct associate efforts in cleaning, maintaining, and replenishing the sales floor
- Verifies ad pricing; ensures someone is always responsible for signing set-up
- Ensures that merchandise featured is signed and priced correctly.
- Ensures all goods are represented on the salesfloor and are priced and signed correctly
- Assists in taking physical inventory
- Owns competitive shopping process for category
- Assists in protecting assets of category
- Assists with store closing
- Adheres to the great indoors code of ethics
- Always represents the great indoors by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment
- Miscellaneous duties as requested by senior management
