Oracle consultant with 5+ or 3+ years direct, hands on experience in Oracle's E-Business Suite for Supply Chain Management specifically the maintenance applications and at least 3 full project lifecycles; Strong Oracle 11i product knowledge/experience; APICS certification desired; Experience with at least one large project implementation; Team lead or project management experience desired. This Lead Consultant will provide functional and business process experience while leading the design and implementation activities of Oracle 11i implementation projects. He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of Oracle's E-Business Suite. Expected to provide guidance for design alternatives. Communicating with his/her team and across other functional and technical teams of the project. Identifying, documenting and resolving issues on a timely basis. Coaching the team to be more effective and contribute to positive morale. Setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable.
