Successful candidate will lead and deliver on client's objectives and take full responsibility for managing resources, priorities, business objectives, and policies within deadlines. Will be accountable for sales and the overall engagement's success and profitability, and will build strong trusted relationships with clients and use ability to influence clients, including closing new sales or up-selling opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years experience in organization change strategy consulting. Mastery of organization change strategy, market/customer, financial, and other quantitative analysis or business trends; comprehensive capabilities in exhibiting articulate and clear communication, both verbal and written with strong listening skills; will lead and deliver on client's objectives and takes full responsibility for managing resources, priorities, business objectives, and policies within deadlines; accountable for sales and the overall engagement's success and profitability; proven capabilities in building strong trusted relationships with clients and ability to influence clients; demonstrated leadership and ability to sell (close new sales or up-sell opportunities); a positive role model and mentor to other team members. Deep Communications Sector experience required. Industries include: Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment or Energy & Utilities.

Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires 80-100% travel.
