As the Human Resources Team Lead you will lead a team of consultants through the implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support on large scale consulting projects. At least 5 years of PeopleSoft experience, Version 8.8+ preferable. Experience in the design and development of PeopleSoft HR modules, including deep configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft HR tables across multiple functional areas (Job Codes, Training, Recruiting, etc)
- Experience leading client/consultant teams through implementation, inclusive of performing fit analysis of requirements to package, designing modifications to business processes, policies or system, configuring, testing, go-live, and providing post-implementation support. -Deep understanding of HR business processes across multiple functional areas, including basic understanding of payroll processes. Knowledge of integration issues. Experience recommending process and policy changes based on best practice knowledge. Experience developing project work plans and allocating resources to ensure deadlines are met. Experience managing client expectations and project scope.
