The position reports directly to the General Manager for Risk Management. The person in this role will provide leadership for the Service business through analysis of the service portfolio and increased service margin. Because this department of the GE Healthcare Service business is so new, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape an organization. Responsibilities include:* Provide analytics of service contracts to ensure contract terms and amounts lead to profitable growth for the service business.* Delivering pro forma margin and annual Contribution Margin (CM) rate improvement. * Provide analysis of GEHC top accounts to ensure margin from account are in line with expected goals.* Drive execution of key Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) initiatives. * Drive expansion of GE Service footprint with customers * 100% Retention of Existing Business + Timely Renewals/Warranty Conversion~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in business or military* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history and educational background. * Willingness to take a drug test* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States* Willingness to submit to a check of your driving record* You must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WI. * MBA/Masters Degree * 7+ years experience working at a financial institution or working at a corporation in their finance department* Previous experience analyzing contracts and providing assessments of risk* Audit experience (internal candidates only: Corporate Audit Staff experience)* Prior field service sales or service delivery experience* Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams* Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives * Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills* An inclusive leader that builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust* Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals* Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior* Proven ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce General
