Project Manager
Project Manager
Ascent Healthcare Solutions is seeking a star performer to help us grow our business while growing your career satisfaction. Our Project Managers have the ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi disciplinary perspectives with the potential to work on both technical and non-technical process improvement projects. We are currently looking for candidates with demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses as well as strong project management and consulting skills.
Duties: Lead and provide technical leadership to projects. Sets strategic direction of projects. Develops project plans which identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required. Designs processes to address identified problems. Establish team membership and negotiate time commitments and resource allocation. Provide staff leadership to multi disciplinary teams. Motivate team members and facilitates team meetings. Act as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator. Cultivate and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.
Accountable for the development of project documentation for senior executives and other key clients to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices. Plans and facilitates meetings. Makes formal presentations to various senior level audiences. Assesses project impact on the workforce. May include developing training program for different levels of audiences.
This position may require travel to hospitals and field personnel to gather user requirements and conduct training sessions.
This is a mid-level position, not for beginners, but well-suited for those who have experience and potential, and want an opportunity to maximize both. The successful candidate will have a unique skill-set which includes some combination of the following work experience:
Excellent documentation and project management experience.
2 to 3 years experience in JD Edwards OneWorld (EnterpriseOne version) software development (Distribution module a plus.)
High level knowledge in using JD Edwards table structures and business functions.
Experience working in quickly changing environments
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Experienced Presenter
Process Mapping and Process Improvement Methodology
