Key responsibilities include:



Supervising 12 to 15 Quality Analysts in their efforts to ensure overall quality compliance for our Claims, Billing and Enrollment functions


Guiding, coaching and mentoring the staff, and reviewing their work to provide constructive feedback


Managing process improvement initiatives geared towards enhancing business and customer relations


Collaborating with a multiple internal leadership contacts and floor personnel on a wide scope of quality projects



Management experience is required, and we prefer applicants to have supervised five or more staff members. Familiarity with Quality Assurance practices and methodologies is a must, and candidates must have a background working with error trends. Healthcare experience is preferred. A history in claims, billing and enrollment would be very helpful in this role. Medicare/Medicaid familiarity is a plus, as is experience with process improvements. PC proficiency is essential.
