The Scottsdale Healthcare employee assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Performs administrative and supervisory duties under the direction of Associate Directors for Perioperative Services. This position maintains direct responsibility for the efficient coordination of all activities related to centralized surgical scheduling. The following departments are inclusive to centralized surgical scheduling: Osborn Inpatient; Greenbaum Outpatient; Shea Inpatient; Piper Outpatient; McDowell Mountain Outpatient; and Thompson Peak.

Promotes and implements all Hospital and departmental policies and procedures.



Basic Education

High School or GED

Basic Experience

5 Yrs



Basic Field of Expertise - 2 years Surgical Tech, 2 years Surgical scheduling, 1 year management, strong medical terminology and excellent customer service experience
