Overall Responsibility: Leading a team of sales reps targeting construction, security, auto mechanic or other small to medium-sized business that use tools while performing their job. Minimal travel required. This independent contractor will represent TOOLCHEX, one of the Nation's leading providers of tool reimbursement programs. Sales Reps find and present this money savings opportunity to business owners.
Key areas of Responsibility: Manage and motivate sales reps to develop and qualify opportunities through prospecting, research, needs analysis, requirements definition and presentation of solutions; Negotiate and close new business, with minimum monthly revenue quotas and performance standards; Coordinate with TOOLCHEX customer deployment team to ensure positive implementation experience for the customer. Secure selling opportunities, referral leads, references, and testimonials.
Compensation: This opportunity has SOLID potential for six figure income; You receive a percentage of enrollment fees; You receive a percentage of the fees to administer the program; You receive a virtually perpetual residual income stream; as long as we administer the program, you continue to be rewarded. You also receive an override and residuals on all sales revenue in your assigned territory. The residual income that you will receive will far outweigh the benefits of a typical guarantee, draw or base salary.
