GTS-ITS is seeking a Senior Wireless Networking Architect to craft solutions to our client's wireless needs. We prefer candidates with broad data networking background and skills in a broad range of wireless networking. This will include WLAN, City-wide (community) broadband wireless solutions, Pervasive Computing-Hand-Held Computing, and RFID solutions. Successful candidate will have strong technical skills and above average abilities in planning, solution structure, assessment, analysis, design, architecture, client relationship management and technical writing. The preferred candidate will have solid experience in RF Engineering fundamentals. The candidate
must have direct hands-on experience with gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and leading technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal development and sales support Consulting Wired and Wireless Data Network Architecture, Data Network Design Wireless LANs, Wireless MANs RFID Telecommunications Business Development. Candidates can live in ANY US City. This position will require up to 75% travel through out the US. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with wireless networking design and implementation projects, interviewing, analytical report writing skills and issue based consulting. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 yrs selling and delivering wireless networking solutions, prefer knowledge and experience in data networking. Knowledge and experience with RF Engineering helpful.
