Tire Centers, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin, North America known for exceptional customer service with approximately 180 locations in 39 states, has a Center Manager position available in Cheyenne, WY.

Mission: Manages daily operations at the tire center level. Ensures superior customer relationship management; excellent service; effective utilization of all company assets; growth of sales and profit generation and improvement; compliance with all company policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations; and development of human resources.

Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations at the tire center(s).
2.Support efforts of sales personnel to increase sales and improve profitability; may handle house accounts, and regularly call on customers. Reinforce "marketing approach" with sales personnel; measures and improves sales productivity.
3.Grow the service capabilities and total service contribution to the tire center; measures and improves service productivity and service quality.
4.Promote MRT Retread sales; actively manage supply chain and customer "turn time".
5.Provide leadership, coaching and training to all personnel in the tire center.
6.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures along with all related federal and state laws.
7.Attract, motivate and retain personnel; promote development of teamwork and positive work environments.
8.Ensure efficient and effective utilization, protection and management of company assets.
9.Communicates and exemplifies company vision and values to all personnel. Keeps personnel informed of company announcements, changes, and other information.

The Center Manager oversees and manages all day-to-day operations at the tire center level including profit/loss generation, performance improvement, effective utilization of all company assets, and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws and regulations. This individual will also attract, motivate and retain personnel by, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

Applicants must have 3+ years management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Tire industry knowledge is a plus. This individual must have a high level of integrity.
