Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + bonus


Education: BA/BS, Business Administration, MA/MS preferred

Requirements:





- Bachelor degree. Masters preferred.


- Minimum 6 years experience in supplier sourcing (international experience preferred).


- Prior supervisory experience.


- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.


- Foreign language skills a plus.





Responsibilities:





- Responsible for the execution of the overall strategic direction for domestic and international sourcing. This includes actions and policies that affect defining, developing, and maintaining supplier partner relationships, supplier selection, and supply performance evaluations. These activities will involve training and supporting the supplier in the application of ISO, Lean and Six Sigma in their business environment.
