Qualifications:
Technical Degree or equivalent military training desired. Must be skilled in troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, pneumatic subsystems. Must be proficient using O-scopes & DVMs. Optical knowledge needed to troubleshoot issues from a system view. Good communication, teamwork and customer skills required. Computer skills such as Excel, Windows/NT operating systems and networking knowledge is ideal. Fab and Brightfield (21XX, 23XX), Darkfield (AIT, SP1, PUMA), experience is a plus. Must be flexable to support possible required work shifts for 7x24 coverage.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair complex hardware & software problems in the field. Engage in matching activities and perform regular PM activities on the 2365 Brightfield tool family. Provide technical assistance to peers & basic applications support for the customer. Perform upgrades and in fab tool relocations. Team with the customer daily to update on tool status (both verbally and written), understand needs and tool priorities. Complete administrative tasks such as field reports, part reporting and required passdowns.
