Job Description:





We are looking for individuals with good interpersonal/verbal skills and electro-mechanical optics aptitude to perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, service and repair of semiconductor metrology equipment. Will also be responsible for interface between customer and company applications engineers and technical support staff on equipment operations and problem solving. You will troubleshoot and repair systems, operate and demonstrate equipment operation to customers, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues, support continuous equipment performance improvement, and installation of systems. You will work with customer engineers to ensure "best methods" maintenance of company systems, provide OJT to Customer engineers and complete field upgrades on installed systems at customer sites. This position requires travel to various customer sites.





This position requires an AS or BS degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent technical experience in a semiconductor processing environment. Good written and verbal communications skills required for interface with customer engineers and managers in a dynamic environment. Must pass a security background check. Optics experience desired. Must have electro-mechanical/optics aptitude.
