Our client is seeking several Maintenance Supervisors and a Maintenance Planner.






Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will have responsibility for supervising maintenance technicians in its manufacturing operation.


The Maintenance Planner will have responsibility for planning maintenance activities in its manufacturing operation.






Specific responsibilities include:


Oversee maintenance employees

Troubleshoot production problems related to equipment failures and identify corrective action

Develop and implement plans for effective maintenance efforts to support effective manufacturing operations and increased uptime, and minimize unplanned downtime.

Ensure consistent efficient and quality performance of the maintenance department

Prepare, document, and communicate procedures as required to all employees

Develop relationships with employees to ensure team oriented operation


Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:



3-5 years minimum experience in heavy manufacturing industry

BS degree in Engineering or other technical field

Maintenance experience

Experience with automated maintenance management system, MP2 preferred but others acceptable

PC literate (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written

Strong initiative, high energy
