Manufacturing -- Duracell Value Stream Manager

1) manage the value stream cell, overseeing customer service, production costs, quality and delivery.

2) develop and implement strategies to keep the value stream product cell competitive.

3) lead and manage all resources of the value stream cell (Equipment, Materials, Human Services, etc.) to ensure the achievement of all committed Key Performance Indices (KPI's).

4) oversee and manage the value stream budget.

5) develops and define strategies to ensure mid and long term product demand are met.

6) drive change daily by creating channels for feedback and effectively using company-wide systems of communication to ensure employees are stakeholders and have a voice in the workplace.

7) lead solutions to improve staff capabilities and performance management.

8) be responsible for managing and maintaining all health and safety standards within the value stream cell.







Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent required. Advanced degree highly desirable.
Requires a minimum of 7 of experience in a variety of manufacturing operations roles.
Line Management experience required.
Long term work authorization for the United States (US citizen, green card, etc.) required
