Responsibilities include providing service and support to US and Canadian branches, third parties and other areas and associates of the firm. Duties will also include reviewing account documents and disbursement requests with a high level of accuracy as well as supporting a team environment. Responsibilities:
-Provide A++ service and support to branch offices US and Canada, other areas of the firm and fellow associates.
-Ensure first contact resolution.
-Receive and review Disbursement documents for completeness and accuracy.
-Review and approve disbursement requests from client accounts.
-Approve exception requests using a high level of discretion in decision-making.
-Participate in team and department meetings, projects, and improvements.
-Support a team environment and work directly with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements:
-Must be able to manage multiple processes and priorities
-Must be able to complete tasks with minimal direction
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong history of working in and supporting a team environment
-Good decision making skills
