The Operations division of Edward Jones is currently seeking an Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:
-Process routine activities within a narrow parameter, including verifying documents for completeness, adherence to guidelines, authorization, documentation, etc.
-Perform routine calculations relating to exceptions and corrections.
-Ensure entry is made to appropriate account numbers.
-Make accurate computer entries to appropriate account.
-Maintain accurate statistics of all work completed.
-Promote positive communication both within the department and when working with branch offices and other departments.

Requirements:
-Attention to detail
-Good writing skills
-Typing skills
-Customer-service skills
-Data entry experience
-Knowledge of spreadsheets
-10 Key by touch
-One to two years of experience banking or accounting experience is preferred.
