Spherion, in partnership with our client company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our award winning team.

We have full-time positions available – starting at $12.50/hr. with OT, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses. Pay increases to $14.05/hr. after probation period is completed.

This Position is Responsible For:

- On-line inspection of steel products

- Safely and efficiently handling, working on, and operating press and other machines

- Selecting and recording information for shipping and receiving documents

- Taking measurements using various tools

- Maintaining safe work environment

- Setting specifications for production machinery

- Using hydraulics, pneumatics, tool and die, conveyors, forklifts and cranes

Minimum Qualifications include:

- High School Diploma/GED

- Basic computer and math skills

- Experience dealing with electrical/mechanical components

- Positive work history with references

- You must demonstrate strong attention to detail

- Robotics knowledge a plus

- Machine operation experience

- Ability to work any shift

- Criminal and drug screen
