Job Description


We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the effort in processing returned computer and computer peripheral equipment through test / repair processes. Qualified individuals must be able to handle a multitude of tasks and be extremely well organized. Previous manufacturing experience in assembly line processing preferred








Primary responsibilities


Plan and direct operations for a department of 15 to 20 technicians to meet customer requirements.

Monitor performance metrics to ensure attainment of key performance measurements.

Manage time, attendance and performance records

Direct and manage staff activities, which includes ensuring correct workload planning, receiving, and inventory controls.

Ensure workforce development and training in functional and safety areas.

Develop and implement processes aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and accuracy of product flow in accordance with ISO9000, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Proactively review practices for correct, quality workmanship and process flow. Diagnose any potential areas needing improvement. Identify and implement process improvement to increase production.





Job Qualification


5+ years related experience in a manufacturing / distribution environment.

Demonstrated leadership in management, staff development and training with analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

PC Skill Required, Microsoft office.

Working knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 disciplines.
