SITE COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Located in Glendale, this position will report to the Site Manager, but will have responsibilities and interactions with all CSAA Contact Centers in matters of internal communications and culture.
Act as liaison to the contact center and communication
Support onsite communication and coordination for site events
Provide tactical communications support to Contact Center Site Manager
Facilitate site wide posting of key information using bulletin boards and other locations for maximum effect
Coordinate posting of information on reader screen / TV monitors, based on documented standards
Coordinate and communicate site facility information
Assist, as necessary, with the distribution of huddle-related handout to supervisors
Coordinate site feedback process
Develop site-wide cultural programs
Present cultural programs to new employees through orientation
Coordinate Rewards and Recognition Programs, ensuring consistency throughout site
Coordinate onsite Employee Engagement activities and communications programming
Act as site liaison to key employee committees: Diversity, Employee Resource Groups, Volunteer Council and Vision and Values
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate group sessions
Solid writing ability. Limited previous professional communications skills needed for position. However, writing samples should be provided during interview and evaluated for effectiveness.
Strong event and project planning skills
1-2 years relevant communication experience
