Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite expertise - Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Experience in semiconductor fab operations.
Customer Service experience desired.
Organized. Excellent communication skills.
Self Motivated. Team leader activities. Project lead experience. Previous Supervisory experience desired. Business or Technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities:
This position will be focusing on managing ramp and sustaining service for capital equipment at the Intel AZ semiconductor fabs. Able to build a strong team, technically cross trained to give the most operational flexibility.
Need to have strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction with our service and 3 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Managing all site operational activities such as case managment and inventory control. Manage technical escalations and all resource allocation planning. Ensure all site personnel are able to meet the technical demands and are properly certified. Interfaces regularly with corporate groups such as manufacturing, engineering, logistics to facilitate escalations, ECOs, inventory control etc. Direct and lead all service activities for the site to ensure service commitments are met. Coordinate with other Service managers backfill activities.

Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
