The Surgical Technician 1 will assist in providing competent nursing care to patients and families whose health care needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex and rapidly changing. The scope of responsibility will encompass technical, organizational and team skills, and clinical resource. The Technician will proactively support the efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and to promote a safe environment at Children's.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Graduation from recognized Surgical Technologist Program required.
One (1) year work experience as a surgical technician preferred.
Pediatric operating room experience preferred.
