It's our objective to identify a core of 6 new team members for our management development program. We seek candidates with the ability to think strategically and proactively; candidates who poses a great desire to find a "career" rather than a "job" as well as self-starters that is able to manage priorities in a fast, high-pressure environment. Highly motivated team players with excellent work habits and interpersonal skills have the best chance of becoming a valued member of our team.

Our management development program prepares the newcomer to the promotional marketing world in all the critical areas (all positions are entry-level, we will train those with no experience).
