College Brand Representative

RedPeg is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and responsible student brand representatives!



If you enjoy meeting people on campus and being a part of exciting on-campus events, then this is the perfect part-time job for you! RedPeg Marketing is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and responsible student brand representatives that will represent a high-profile automobile company.





The College Rep will be responsible for:


increasing brand awareness throughout campus


driving attendance of local events


assisting in the execution of events/promotions


The position offers a paid training and a competitive weekly salary





Job Description:


Assist in the development of an event schedule specific to your campus


Identify opportunities to incorporate the brand into upcoming local events on and around the college campus


Promote upcoming events and increase brand awareness among the student body


Gain a firm understanding of vehicle features and benefits; communicate brand messaging to consumers


Assist in the set up and execution of promotions/events


Work alongside a Field Manager to recruit and manage part-time event staff


Recap promotional activity and provide valuable feedback on consumer thoughts





Qualified candidates must have/be:


At least a sophomore attending the local college


Clued into what's happening on campus


Current driver's license and vehicle


Strong verbal & written communication skills


Ability to connect with a variety of people on campus


Interested in marketing and automobiles


Outgoing personality, self-motivated, and reliable





Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (will vary by week)


Compensation: Competitive weekly salary
