Copywriter - Project Lead

If you have 3+ years of copy writing experience and are seeking an opportunity at a leading manufacturing company where innovation and quality are top-notch, then we want to hear from you.

As a Contract Copy Writer, you will be responsible for working with our marketing teams, providing leadership in all our B2B communications initiatives, including ad campaigns, brochures and direct mail pieces, technical reports, presentations, catalogs and other MarCom materials. Also, be responsible for writing copy, working with the graphics team to create the collateral material, and marshal approvals.

An ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree (English, Liberal Arts, Journalism preferable)
- 3 years of copy writing experience.
- Experience in developing technical B2B marketing materials for the healthcare market.
- Familiarity with fundamentals of chemistry.
- Demonstrated ability in developing creative communication solutions to marketing challenges by crafting powerful, memorable campaign materials that drive sales while maintaining brand identity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical information (e.g. from research or interviews with product managers, clinicians, chemists and engineers) into compelling yet concise marketing/advertising concepts and copy.
- Demonstrated ability to organize projects and workflow.
- Initiative and commitment to manage projects through to a successful outcome, meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Internet research proficiency.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office.

This is a contract position with the possibility of leading to a full time opportunity.
