Director Of Business Development
The responsibility of the Business Development Director is to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, growing revenues and profits for the ocmpany. This position requires strong leadership, management, business and analytical skills. It is a fast paced role in a change-oriented culture.
Requirements:
Posses the business acumen to position the company solution as a strategic advantage for our customers. Must be able to clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs and benefits with senior executives and decision makers.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer organization.
Results driven - documented success in exceeding sales goals or objectives.
Strong process discipline - ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop account revenue.
Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate sales forecasts.
Minimum of two years of successful complex selling experience, with strong emphasis on end user/commercial sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is highly desired.
