Director Of Sales
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead the sales and marketing efforts of one of America's premier houseboat resort destinations, Lake Powell, set in beautiful Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Position will be responsible to provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals working closely with CRES and National Director of Revenue to drive Budget . Successful candidate will direct overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications; analyze sales stats to determine business growth potential; design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan; establish performance goals for all sales department employees and monitor performance on a continual basis. The Director of Sales and Marketing will work with Advertising and Public Relations agencies.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the services industry. The ability to manage in a culturally diverse, non-traditional services environment with focus on preeminent client/customer care, entrepreneurship and significant new business development skills are essential. The ability to enhance and sustain existing business, is critical. Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills are required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, manage and reward performance. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required. Overnight travel will be required.
