RedPeg Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and responsible Field Manager to represent a high-profile automobile company. The Field Manager will be responsible for executing and managing events focused around the local campus. The position offers a paid training and a competitive weekly salary.

Job Description:
- Assist RedPeg Marketing in the development of an event schedule specific to your market
- Identify opportunities to incorporate the brand into upcoming local events on and around the college campus
- Serve as the point of contact between RedPeg Marketing and local event organizers
- Manage events and increase brand awareness on and around the local college campus
- Oversee the set up and execution of promotions and events (two targeted events and one premiere event per week)
- Gain a firm understanding of vehicle features and benefits; communicate brand messaging to consumers
- Manage local College Reps; recruit, train, and manage additional part-time event staff
- Recap promotional activity and provide valuable feedback on consumer thoughts

Qualified candidates must have/be:
- Previous experience as a Field/Market Manager (preferably tour experience)
- Clued into what's happening in the local market
- Knowledge of the local university
- Current driver's license and vehicle (preferably a CDL license)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to connect with a variety of people
- Interested in marketing and automobiles
- Outgoing personality, self-motivated, and reliable

Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)

Wages: Competitive weekly salary
