Position Details: The Sales Rep (a.k.a. Customer Care Representative) is key to the growth of our business. This is a highly visible position within the organization, offering fantastic income potential and opportunity for advancement.

Customer Care Representatives are responsible for building long-term relationships with health care referral sources (Doctors, Hospitals, Home Health Agencies and DME Companies). This position requires someone who is comfortable developing and implementing a sales plan (in an assigned territory) with the objective of meeting or exceeding goals for new business. This is a 100% outside sales position that requires the ability to provide great service and ask for business quickly.

Requirements: Ideal candidates have prior experience selling services, however, we are willing to look at anyone with the drive, dedication, and customer service focus that has helped us build our business. Those with a successful track record of creating sales in a difficult relationship-based market are encouraged to apply, in addition to those without prior sales experience. This is a hands-on position requiring off-hours and work in customer homes.
