ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES


Aflac sales associates have four basic responsibilities:


Market Aflac insurance products.

Service existing and new payroll accounts.

Service existing and new policyholders.


TRAINING:


Professional Orientation, Training and Certifications


All prospective Aflac sales associates complete a mandatory field training orientation that prepares them for their roles as part of the Aflac field force. The training program includes an overview of job responsibilities, selection of market, overview of Aflac policies and procedures and a review of prospecting techniques, cold-calling techniques and sales materials.
