Summary



Manager, Customer Marketing - Cross Sell








T-Mobile's Customer Base Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Customer Marketing. The selected candidate will manage the Cross Sell and Upsell strategies and program activities into T-Mobile's customer base. This is an integral role that revolves around developing and deploying cross sell offers and programs through a variety of channels to create win-win relationships for our existing customers and for T-Mobile.



J.D. Power and Associates have recognized t-Mobile for its outstanding focus on its customers. The right person for this position will have a demonstrated commitment to the customer and will combine this with a drive for business results, which on Customer Marketing revolve around:



Cross Sell revenue (via product, feature, device, services, wireless plans, etc.)

Customer activations for targeted products and services

Average Revenue per User

Incremental CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) generated


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



§ Develop and manager cross-sell business strategy, program activities, performance metrics and reporting with goal to create recurring cross-sell and up-sell programs into TMO consumer base


· Direct and execute a suite of successful, ongoing in-market consumer direct response programs and marketing activities


· Develop customer profiling and segmentation


· Develop, identify and value offers for cross sell and upsell to customers


§ Lead financial analysis of offer tests and programs


§ Manage projects within highly matrixed Customer Marketing team


§ Work Cross Functionally with Sales, Care, COS/IT, Finance


§ Work with Segment Marketing, Product Management, Integrated Marketing and Direct Marketing groups


§ Work with external vendors and agencies


§ Interact with Senior Managers and Directors, plus some Senior Director and VP interaction



Functional/Technical Skills

§ Strong competency and comfort with data interaction and analysis
§ Demonstrated success in offer creation and valuation



§ Experience with consumer research


§ Experience working with an ad agency and developing creative briefs


§ Polished organizational and marketing skills


§ Ability to work with cross-functional units and teams to deliver objective
