Our Rancho Cordova branch is currently recruiting for a Marketing Support Specialist position in Folsom. The duties and requirements of the position are as follows:

- Coordination and completion of requisitions
- Editing and preparation of all Sales correspondence
- Creation and preparation of demonstration binders
- Creation and preparation of literature and proposal packets
- Fact gathering and compilation of competitive information for Sales team
- Research and assemblage of customer information for Sales team
- General support for the Sales team
- Entering leads into company database
- Preparation of literature packets for distribution
- Coordinating 12-16 Trade Shows, including all associated paperwork and the preparation of tradeshow booths
- Preparation, update, shipment and inventory tracking of marketing collateral and promotional materials, including the receiving and stocking of materials received from vendors
- Screening and compilation of incoming offers from magazines and associations
- Preparation of profiles for external listings
- Support in the coordination and execution of special events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects independently and simultaneously
- Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Two or more years administrative work in Marketing or in a Professional Office Setting
- Ability to work in a team environment and exercise good judgment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
