Required Knowledge & Experience: Skills and abilities to perform job include: strong interpersonal skills; strong leadership skills; strong analytical skills; strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; very computer literate; detail oriented; exercises mature judgment; ability to work in a team; ability to work independently; ability to influence other people; ability to act as mentor, lead and/or manage projects/programs and people; ability to travel; strong ability to have insight to customer needs; strong ability to identify and implement creative solutions for customers; and ability to negotiate complex cross organizational issues involving multiple business partners. Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed BS in a technical discipline [or equivalent knowledge] and 10+ years directly related experience; 2+ years prior experience in supervisory or management capacity. Preferred previous work experience: general business experience and/or technical experience in a semiconductor company; and business management experience. Job Specific Knowledge & Experience: Formulate, integrate, and coordinate division strategy for Intel to achieve specific SAM Share [%] for assigned account[s] or region[s]. Responsibilities: Manage and develop personnel and projects [and possibly programs] for the Product Marketing organization. Manage risk exposure to the division. Position division products within each account/region in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities. Responsible for execution or modification of division strategy. Resolve business opportunity disconnect between the PBG and regional accounts. Partner with Sales in developing and implementing pricing strategies for order closure. Prepare and present complex technical and/or high level presentations to accounts.
