Regional Director Of New Business Development

Job Description:

National medication therapy management company seeks an experienced, pharmacist sales professional to represent the organization in the hospice and palliative care market. The Regional Director of New Business is responsible for driving the sales effort within their designated region for business unit . Corporate office is based out of Philadelphia, PA but positon will be remote in Western division. The Regional Director of New Business Development will have a home-based office with regional travel expected at 10-12 business days each month. This position requires the candidate's home to be near to a major airport hub with convenient access to all territory assignments.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications The successful candidate will be a highly energetic, highly motivated, clinical pharmacist with 2+ years of working experience and an interest in sales. A PharmD is preferred.The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills with a track record for sales closure and territory management. Persuasive verbal skills, excellent presentation skills, considerable written skills, working knowledge of end-of-life care/palliative care/hospice, and pain management are requested. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
