-Develop written or visual product documentation, promotion material and application notes to create/improve product solution adaptation. Coordinate activities between factory marketing, group marketing and Field Sales.
-Identify potential customers in US and execute plan for design win solution offering.
-Solves a broad range of customer application problems of varying scope and complexity. Provide technical consultancy for Design Team translating customer requirement into product specification.
-Participate as active member in International Engineering Society or council such as IEEE and ODVA. Publish group or individual technical and application paper in engineering journal and International Conference.
-Flexible to situation and business strategy change and independent to handle multiple assignments within short notice. Be preparing to work across region in different time zone (US and Asia) to fulfill customer expectation from technical and marketing aspects.
-Lead the project team in collaborating with customers & standards organization on product definition and compliance to industry standard. Drive market development and product definition for US customers.
-Perform competitor product research and identify area for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors, Master or PhD Degree or University Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering plus a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in control engineering as sales & marketing or R&D or customer support field.
-Excellent communication and written skill with diverse interest in electronic engineering. Proven hands-on analytical problem solving capability with in depth technical know-how.
-Experience in Control Engineering and specialist in one of the following area is MUST:
a.Motor Control and Industrial Networking Application/Implementation such as PCI, SPI, TCP/IP, RF.
b.Peripheral System Bus development and implementation.
c.Proprietary Control Engineering System Development for Motion Control Application.
d.Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) solution design and application in Motion Control Engineering Software environment.
e.MCU/DSP embedded software development and know-how of mixed signal hardware.
