Sales Service Representative

Job Description:

Overview Managing wholesale account order processes; Assisting Director of Sales and sales representatives with account information; Presenting and upholding sales policies and procedures. Helping to maintain an accurate database.Key Responsibilities
Order entry and execution of assigned accounts. Ensure order accuracy, schedule adherence, and proactive communication of status or exceptions to sales rep. Work with system and order administration to make sure customer's deal sheets are executed properly. Understand Customer's unique requirements and identify any areas where we are unable to comply. Work with appropriate internal and external parties to ensure resolution of all duties.
Act as liason with sales professional responsible for account, credit/accounts receivable department, allocation analysts, and planning/operations staff as required regarding customer requirements and order status.
Understand and ensure adherence to sales policy and pricing policy. Follow protocol to document and communicate exceptions and approval of any exceptions to policy.
Process sample and return authorization requests. Make sure appropriate approvals are obtained.
In addition to customer contact, act as internal "team" liason with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance departments.
Attend weekly team meeting, sales, supply chain, system and training as required.
Special tasks or assignments designated by management as required.
Cross train with other assigned Sales Service personnel as designated back up
Ensure adherence to audi requirements relating to OM.

Excellent communication, customer service, organization and follow-through skills required.
Good PC skills and working knowledge of MS Office programs; good customer service abilities—utilizing good knowledge of company product and policy, pleasant demeanor, and excellent follow through. Ability to multi-task effectively. Accurate data-entry.
Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Capacity to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Oracle database a plus..
Strong customer service experience; work experience should demonstrate ability to handle many tasks effectively; toy industry experience a plus.
