Role Description: Interactive marketing program lead/publisher for specific sections/content on the Avery.com website globally. This could include areas like the home page, Avery print enablement, Avery's product catalog, ideas, promotions, partnerships, and customer support. Will work closely with the business marketing leads, the shared marketing leaders and the technical community in the development of site programs. Responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer experience for programs offered on Avery.com, integrating programs across the site and leveraging the site in support of key Avery business strategies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor Degree required and MBA a plus
?5+ years of direct experience in managing all or part of a consumer-facing web site
?1-2 years of direct experience with a web-based product or service company a plus
?1-2 years of direct experience with an interactive agency a plus
?Demonstrated results from web-based programs and initiatives
?Performance driven with clear knowledge of on-line measurement strategies, tools and techniques
?Ability to clearly articulate business requirements to the web technical team
?Working knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, content management, web publishing, and experience design.
?Excellent communication skills
